As Technical Director of WA Youth Soccer, Gary leads the state’s daily technical operations, technical department staff and Elite Player Development (EPD) staff in serving our membership of over 120,000 players, 20,000 coaches, 42 Associations and 250 plus Clubs. Since November 2009 when he took the role, White has had the mission of advancing Long Term Player Development (LTPD). He is constantly looking to implement new, modern technical strategies to advance the game in the state of Washington and give our players the best soccer opportunities possible.

Originating from England, White has had an extensive career in professional soccer. As a former player and FIFA national team coach he is still one of the youngest coaches to ever compete in a FIFA World Cup (2002).
